Olga Batygin is an AI, technology and operations leader with more than 15 years of experience connecting scientific research, innovation and industry. She currently serves as Director of Strategic Philanthropy, Deep Tech & Exploration at XPRIZE, where she develops philanthropic partnerships supporting breakthrough work in areas including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, robotics, satellite technology and space exploration. 

Prior to XPRIZE, Olga spent more than a decade at Caltech in leadership and operations roles and later co-founded and served as CEO of the AI company Lucinetic. With a background in molecular biology and business, her career has focused on helping translate ambitious scientific and technological ideas into practical, scalable impact.
